Strathendrick U12 girls were excited to welcome their friends from the other Cale Midland clubs to the first festival of the season at home in Fintry. The new U12 Girls Age Grade Law Variations were now in place and all of the girls, clubs and coaches were excited to get started.

Strathendrick girls joined forces with Stirling County to play three games and loved every second they were on the pitch! There was some excellent rugby on show from all of the girls who attended and the introduction of the new AGLVs allowed the girls to show off all of the skills they’ve been developing in training. With five person scrums, line outs and hand offs making a welcome appearance on the pitch.

As usual Strathendrick showed their speed, strength and determination to get over the line scoring multiple tries in every game. The season ahead looks exciting for this age group, and the current squad is ready and raring to go!
